In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "bes808" refers to the online sports betting and casino platform accessible at bes808.app and all associated sub-domains and mobile-optimized pages.
• "Platform" means the website, browser-based application, and all services offered by bes808, including the sportsbook, live casino, slot games, and payment processing features.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account created on the Platform by a Player.

• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by a Player using a supported Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) payment method, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by bes808 before processing withdrawal requests or investigating account disputes.
• "Wagering Requirement" / "Rollover" means the number of times a Player must wager a Bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus amount) before that Bonus is eligible for conversion to Real Money Funds and subsequent withdrawal.
• "IDR" means Indonesian Rupiah, the official currency of the Republic of Indonesia, denominated as Rp.

By accessing the bes808 Platform in any capacity — whether by browsing, registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the Platform — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and bes808. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account by contacting our support team.

To register and maintain an Account on bes808, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

2. Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. bes808 is designed and operated specifically for players located in Indonesia. Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law are not eligible to register.
3. Legal Capacity: You must possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals who are legally incapacitated, or who are registered with any national self-exclusion registry, are not eligible.
4. One Account Only: You may hold only one registered Account at any time. Registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, or same payment method — is strictly prohibited.
5. Not a bes808 Employee: Employees, contractors, agents, or immediate family members of individuals associated with bes808's operations are not eligible to register as Players.

To access the full range of bes808's services, you must register a Player Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. The information required includes, but is not limited to:

• Full legal name (as it appears on a valid government-issued Indonesian identity document)
• Date of birth
• Indonesian mobile phone number
• Valid email address
• Bank account details or e-wallet identifier for the purpose of processing withdrawals

You warrant that all information provided at registration is truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension.

bes808 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason. Registration approval does not guarantee continued access to the Platform if subsequent eligibility checks reveal a violation of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, and you must not allow any third party to access or use your Account.

bes808 strongly recommends that you:

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS, available within your Account settings after login;
• Use a unique, strong password that is not reused across other online services;
• Log out of your Account whenever you are using a shared or public device;
• Never disclose your credentials to any person claiming to represent bes808 — our support team will never ask for your password.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify bes808 support immediately via live chat at [email protected]. bes808 will not be liable for any losses that result from your failure to secure your Account credentials.

bes808 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following supported payment channels:

• Local bank transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit limit; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction limits.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from a payment account belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited. bes808 reserves the right to reverse any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account and may suspend the associated Player Account pending investigation.

Deposits are typically credited to your bes808 Balance within a few minutes of payment confirmation from your bank or e-wallet provider. If a deposit is not reflected in your Balance within 30 minutes, please contact support with your transaction reference number for manual verification.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the withdrawal section of your bes808 Account. The following conditions apply:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000
• Verification requirement: A valid KYC submission must be approved before any withdrawal is processed. KYC documents include a government-issued Indonesian national identity card (KTP) and, where requested, a selfie with document.
• Destination account: Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the bes808 Account. No third-party withdrawals are permitted under any circumstances.
• Processing time: bes808 targets a withdrawal processing time of under five minutes for accounts with approved KYC status, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year including Indonesian public holidays. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or if additional verification is required.
• Bonus funds: Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. Only the Real Money Funds portion of your Balance is eligible for immediate withdrawal, subject to the conditions above.

bes808 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time prior to processing a withdrawal. Requests for documentation must be satisfied within 14 calendar days; failure to comply may result in Account suspension.

bes808 offers promotional bonuses and incentives from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free bet credits. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• Wagering requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds carry a minimum wagering requirement of 5x (five times) the bonus amount before conversion to Real Money Funds. Individual promotion pages will state the applicable multiplier clearly.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games, live casino, and sportsbook bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified per promotion.
• Validity period: Bonus Funds and free bet credits that are not used or wagered within the validity period stated in the promotion will expire and be forfeited automatically.
• One bonus per player: Each promotion is available to one Account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. bes808 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus at any stage if it suspects abuse.
• Maximum bonus conversion: Unless stated otherwise, the maximum amount that can be converted from Bonus to Real Money Funds from a single promotion is capped at 10x the original bonus value.
• No cash equivalent: Bonuses have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met. Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged, or used to offset fees.

All wagers placed on the bes808 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sportsbook, live casino, slot games, or other verticals. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming activities:

• Finality of outcomes: All game outcomes and sportsbook results are determined by the relevant certified random number generator, live event result, or sporting authority ruling. bes808's determination of the final result is conclusive for settlement purposes.
• Voided bets: bes808 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at manifestly incorrect odds, or where a technical malfunction has influenced the game or wagering outcome. Voided bets are refunded to the player's Balance at face value.
• Sportsbook — odds: Odds are quoted in decimal format by default. bes808 reserves the right to suspend markets, adjust odds, or close betting on any event at its sole discretion before the event commences.
• Mix parlay (combination betting): Mix parlay (combination bets combining multiple selections into a single wager) are governed by the standard accumulator rules. If one selection is voided, the bet is recalculated with that selection removed. Full mix parlay rules are published in the Sportsbook section of the Platform.
• Asian Handicap (voor bola): Voor bola (Asian handicap betting) markets follow industry-standard Asian Handicap settlement rules as published in the Platform's betting guide.
• Live betting: In-play bets are accepted at bes808's discretion. bes808 may decline any in-play wager without providing a reason.
• Slot games: All slot titles are supplied by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Pocket Games Soft, Microgaming, NetEnt, and others. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are published by the respective studio and are available within the game information panel.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bes808 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, or any other financial crime
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical errors to obtain an unfair advantage — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, sports manipulation, or collusion with other players in live dealer games
• Attempting to access another player's Account or any restricted area of the Platform's technical infrastructure
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or e-wallet provider for transactions that were genuinely processed by bes808 — all payment disputes must be raised directly with bes808 support in the first instance

All content on the bes808 Platform — including but not limited to the bes808 name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and compiled data — is the intellectual property of bes808 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without express written permission from bes808;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software component of the Platform;
• Use the bes808 name, logo, or branding in any context outside the Platform without prior written authorization.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bes808 shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your decision to place a wager — all betting and gaming activity on the Platform involves financial risk, and you accept that risk when placing any wager;
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to secure your login credentials;

• Any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental loss, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill;

bes808's total aggregate liability to any individual Player for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the date on which the claim arose.

bes808 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Suspected involvement in fraudulent, money-laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Registration of multiple accounts;
• Engagement in any form of prohibited conduct as listed in Clause 10;
• Expiry or revocation of bes808's operating license in any relevant jurisdiction.

Upon Account closure for breach of these Terms, bes808 reserves the right to forfeit any Balance held in the Account, including Real Money Funds, where the breach involves fraud, money laundering, or other criminal conduct. In all other cases, the verified Real Money Funds balance will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method within 14 business days following Account closure.

A Player may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting bes808 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 3 business days. Any Real Money Funds balance will be returned to the Player's verified withdrawal account after standard KYC checks are completed.

bes808 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bes808 will notify registered Players by email and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the changes.
